1. Information We Collect
- Account information: email address, hashed password, account status, and related profile or access information.
- Usage data: prompts, uploaded images, generated videos, credit usage, job metadata, and related service activity.
- Payment data: payments are handled by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers on our servers.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, device information, logs, timestamps, and similar operational metadata.
2. How We Use Information
- Provide video generation services.
- Manage credits, purchases, refunds, and account access.
- Improve service performance, reliability, moderation, and safety.
- Prevent abuse, fraud, and misuse of the Service.
3. Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store credit card data on our servers. Stripe has its own privacy policy and data handling practices, which may apply to your payment information and transaction data.
4. Credit System
Credits are purchased and stored in your account. Credits are deducted before video generation begins. Refunds are handled as follows: full refund for system or API failures, and a partial 50% refund for moderation-rejected content. Refunds are based on the original charged amount stored on the job record, not a later recalculation.
5. User Content
You may upload images and prompts to generate videos. That content may be transmitted to third-party AI providers for processing. You are responsible for ensuring that the content you submit is lawful and that you have the rights, permissions, and releases needed for the material you upload and for any generated output you use or share.
6. Data Retention
We retain information as long as reasonably necessary to operate the Service, provide support, comply with legal obligations, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Video records, credit transactions, and account records may be retained for legal, accounting, and operational purposes. Accounts may be soft-deleted but retained in inactive form for those same purposes.
7. Account Deletion
You may request deletion of your account. When deleted, accounts are marked inactive rather than fully erased so we can preserve necessary records for legal, accounting, and fraud-prevention purposes.
8. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. However, no system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Children
The Service is intended for users 13 years of age and older and is not directed to children under 13.
10. Changes
